Login & Download Updates (Pro)
Customers using the Professional version of realvirtual can access the User Hub, an in-app tool to manage your license, download updates, and activate the UPM registry.
Opening the User Hub
Access the User Hub from the Unity main menu:
Tools > realvirtual > User Hub
Or via the realvirtual toolbar dropdown in the editor toolbar.
Login
Before accessing downloads, log in with your license credentials:
Enter your Invoice Number — this can be a realvirtual invoice or a Unity Asset Store invoice number
Enter your Billing ZIP Code — the postal/ZIP code from your billing address
Enter your Email address associated with your license
Check the box to agree to the license terms and privacy policy
Click Login
Once logged in, you will see a confirmation message: You are logged in
Downloads
After logging in, navigate to the Downloads tab.
Here you will find access to all packages related to your license:
The latest stable version
Beta versions for early access and testing
Simulation packages
Archived versions for backward compatibility
Each version can be downloaded directly with the Download button.
UPM Registry
This feature was added in realvirtual 6.3.
Starting with version 6.3, realvirtual is distributed as UPM packages. After logging in, go to the Packages tab and click Activate UPM Registry to enable automatic package updates through Unity's Package Manager.
Once activated, realvirtual packages appear in Window > Package Manager under "My Registries" and can be updated like any other UPM package.
News
The News tab displays current release notes and information about new features. It appears automatically once when you start the Unity Editor.
Upgrading from 6.0? In version 6.0, the login window was accessed via realvirtual > Login and used Customer ID and Invoice ID fields. In 6.3, the User Hub replaces this with Invoice Number, Billing ZIP Code, and Email.
